SPRING SESSION STARTS THURSDAY APRIL 4TH 2019
Goalie training for boys & girls
Dakota Goaltending training will be focusing on the fundamentals of being a goaltender.
Goalies will work on the following:
- Skating
- Goalie Stance
- Positioning
- Recovery
- Rebounds
Dakota Goaltending Director:
DC Byron
Coach Byron grew up in Edina, MN and played all levels of hockey in the Edina youth hockey program. Coach Byron played three years of varsity hockey and participated in 2 Minnesota High School Hockey State Tournaments placing 2nd & 3rd. Coach Byron played 1 year of Junior A hockey with the Great Falls Americans and went on to play 4 years at St. Mary’s university DIII. Coach Byron has coached many levels of hockey starting out as an assistant with the Edina Boys JV team. After several years Coach Byron became an assistant coach with the Hopkins High School Varsity team and the Hopkins Summer Hockey Camps. Coach Byron also coached the Sioux Falls Flyers Varsity & JV teams. Coach Byron also coached the Sioux Falls Goalie Clinics during his participation with the programs. Coach Byron has coached many goalies from mites to high school.

STARTS TUESDAY APRIL 4TH AT 6:30PM TO 7:30PM WILL RUN FOR 8 WEEKS
PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MARCH 25TH 2019.
